Many people come to India in search of ancient knowledge of Yoga but they only get a glimpse of this science and return to their countries dissatisfied and without real understanding of Yoga. We believe that to accomplish proficiency in something as vast as Yoga, one needs to dive into this subject, experience it with a master, and continue practicing as long and as much as they can.

Our aim is to educate students from all over the world about traditional yoga and how it can significantly change our lives for better.

We achieve our aim of spreading the wellness and teachings of yoga through daily classes, workshops, courses, kirtans and satsangs in our studio in Rishikesh. However, not many people can come to India. Thus, we decided make ourselves International and offer retreats and workshops all over the world to introduce all yoga enthusiasts and learners across the globe the science of yoga and its benefits at their home country. Through our program, we try to show our students how yoga can be applied in our daily lives, how it can help in reducing stress, and how it can help in maintaining physical health, keeping mental balance and developing social life. Under the aegis of our International programs, we reveal knowledge and share techniques of Asana practice, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Philosophy.
