3 Day Basic Yogasanas Workshop

This workshop focuses on improving your physical health and mental health through the basic yogasanas (yoga postures). The main yoga asanas covering the various yoga poses for improving the different body parts, will be taught in this workshop that will be beneficial for your daily life. For anyone who is looking to improve their overall physical health and mental wellbeing, this is an important foundation course. Anybody regardless of their age or background in yoga can join this workshop.
